Iconic Worship School is a worship training program that forms you at any skill level into a confident worship minister. We train you for excellence that is rooted in the Word of God.

We believe the best worship leaders are theologically rooted and technically equipped. That’s why every track combines practical music training with deep worship theology.

Whether you’re stepping onto a platform for the first time or you’ve been leading for years, this school will sharpen you, stretch you, and send you.

Sanchita
Michael

“Worship isn’t something I do. It’s everything I am.”

With over 15 years in worship ministry, Sanchita Michael is one of the most seasoned worship voices in the Iconic Worship family. She has led, built, and shaped the music culture of Iconic Worship from the ground up, heading the music team and serving as a core worship leader with uncompromising dedication.

In 2024, Sanchita was part of the IW India Tour across 18 cities, a landmark movement of worship that took the presence of God to stages across the nation. She didn’t just participate. She was a permanent pillar of that team.

A multi-instrumentalist who plays bass guitar, acoustic guitar, and keys — and a songwriter whose original compositions in both English and Kannada will feature on Iconic Album Parts 1 & 2, soon to be released. When she teaches, she doesn’t just pass on technique. She passes on encounter.
